Music toast briefly appears in Game Menu after song has finished

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Turn on Show Music Toast in Music & Sound Options

2. Enter a world

3. Let a song fully play out

4. Press Esc to open Game Menu when there is no longer any song playing

Expected result: Music toast does not briefly appear when Game Menu is opened

Actual result: Music toast briefly appears when Game Menu is opened
