Striking a Lightning Rod with non-default oxidation level with Lightning keeps nearby redstone components powered

The Bug

When striking a lighting bolt on an oxidized lighting rod, any redstone component that is nearby will stay powered.

Reproduce

• Get an Oxidized Lightning Rod (Not Waxed)

• Place Redstone Dust next to it

• Summon a lightning bolt on the rod

Observed Result

The redstone stayed powered

Expected Result

The redstone would depower
