Mannequins use generic sound events, resulting in unintuitive subtitles

The sound events used by the new mannequin entity are generic, which results in unspecific placeholder subtitles being used.

To reproduce, punch or kill a mannequin. The expected subtitles would be “Mannequin hurts”/”Mannequin dies”, but the actual subtitles are “Something hurts”/”Dying”, which is wrong.

To fix this, simply introduce new sound events with new translation strings that reference the same audio files.

Note: the ender dragon is also affected by this when dealing the final blow, but I couldn’t find an existing report on this.
