[MC-301957] undead mobs dont agro to turtle eggs

undead mobs arent stomping and breaking trutle eggs on 1 of my worlds where the mechanic works perfectly fine on other saves

and i dont know what triggers it

What is the gamerule mobGriefing set to? If set to false, this is intentional. Else, this would be a duplicate of MC-193436.
