Duplicate of MC-126819, which has been resolved as ‘Won’t Fix.’ This is ‘intentional’ behavior, unless it is ever changed.
What is the gamerule mobGriefing set to? If set to false, this is intentional. Else, this would be a duplicate of MC-193436.

Still not fixed. Whilst this doesn't seem like a huge issue, it actually sort of is. This breaks a lot of sites that try to give accurate information to the Minecraft community. Demo accounts shouldn't be returned by the Mojang API (uuid/names) but it would be acceptable if they are by session server but have the field 'demo' in them (they do not currently).
"Lol" is also a demo but is returned as legacy account while this is a demo account as recently the name got claimed (https://sessionserver.mojang.com/session/minecraft/profile/3c08435d4b17484ba39c79eb14bcafce - https://api.mojang.com/user/profiles/3c08435d4b17484ba39c79eb14bcafce/names)
Thank you for taking the time to report this on the bugtracker. However, we're already tracking this issue as MCPE-44815. You can leave a vote if you feel like it on that ticket. If you haven't already, try out the search feature for if you report another bug.
Servers don't update to beta versions as those are intended to be used for testing, hence why they're called beta. You'd have to unroll from the beta in order to play on Minecraft servers.

You cannot change your license of Minecraft Java Edition to Minecraft Bedrock. You'll have to buy Minecraft Bedrock as the free code claiming for Bedrock ended a few days ago.
