[MC-302047] Single Pixel missing from Dried Kelp item sprite.

The bug: A singular pixel is missing near the bottom left of the Dried Kelp item sprite.

This has been an issue since snapshot 18w07a, (when dried kelp was added,) and is also an issue on Bedrock Edition.
