Certain items' description cannot be changed via the applicable language file

(refer to title) This includes most early Music Discs, the Netherite Upgrade Template, and others I have yet to find. In the first attached image I have changes both the item name AND description (using the language file), however in game, only the name changes, not the description. I have confirmed that the Minecraft instance is the untouched up-to-date version apart from the change in the item’s description and name. The relevant language file can change most other texts without impediment.

Reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft 1.21.8, and open a world for later

2. Find the files of the current Minecraft instance

3. Open (in order) assets > minecraft > lang > en_us.json (or the relevant language)

4. CTRL + F > Music Disc

5. Find “C418 - 11”, and (within the quotation marks) add or remove characters according to taste, both in the name AND description

6. Save the file

7. Obtain the music disc “C418 - 11” by any means necessary.

8. Make sure the resource pack with the above changes is the highest priority in the applied pack section (this can be the default one or one made for this purpose specifically)

9. F3 + T

10. Hover over the item with mouse in the inventory

11. Observe discrepancies
