Game *Randomly* crashes computer, usually during farming

Minecraft crashes my computer (causing full emergency shutdown) seemingly at random.
The most consistent times it crashes is while I’m planting wheat seeds. (Although it crashed during other times as well)

I would clear a row of wheat, turn and begin planting, and sometimes on the first row or sometimes a later row it crashes. The screen freezes for a moment and then everything goes black including the lights on my machine.

In the same loaded chunk I have a cow crush farm, a redstone automated chicken crush farm, and a villager trading post with all 13 villager job variants.

In the attached image “Minecraft Stats 5” you can see how far I got before the crash. For some reason it saves everything up to the crash in the world, but the player inventory is reset to the last save.
I’ve attached a copy of the world in case it helps.
