An (unwaxed) Oxidized Copper Golem takes a very long time to become a Copper Golem Statue, on the order of hours. This is out of parity with Bedrock Edition, where Oxidized Copper Golems take about 10 seconds to become a statue, and also does not match with the new trailer for Minecraft Live, where the Copper Golem also becomes a statue nearly instantly after becoming oxidized.
To replicate:
In Minecraft Java Edition, place an Oxidized Copper Block and a Pumpkin to summon an Oxidized Copper Golem
Wait for the Copper Golem to become a statue
Note that it takes a very long time
Repeat the process in Bedrock Edition, noting that it takes about 10 seconds
