I’ve discovered in a survival playthough two methods that 1 tall blocks adjacent to chests seem to block the copper golem’s pathfinding ability. It makes unable to have a shared use space with the player & golem with any decoration.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Corner setup
A grid of 2 x 3 chests with a any block adjacent to one of the corner chests disables the pathfinding to the corner chests.
Able to re-create a simplified setup in creative mode that had the same behavior.
Hallway Setup
A 2 x N hallways with 1 block tall blocks along the wall disable the pathfinding down the hallway.
Expected result
The copper golem should be able to interact with the chests I’ve outlined in red.
Actual result
The copper golem ignores the chests. As if they were inaccessible / blocked. Removing the offending blocks immedately allows the golem to access the chests.
Environment
Reproducible in a survival playthrough & creative mockup on 25w37a and some earlier snapshot versions.
