Copper Golem fails to interact with chests while on a moving minecart

Copper golems cannot interact with chests while going by them in a minecart. their interaction will get cancelled after the minecart goes too far away, preventing players from using copper golems and minecarts together.

Steps to reproduce:

1. build a long railway (check the attached video to better understand the reproduction)

2. place a minecart and make a copper golem ride it

3. once the minecart stops, place a copper chest nearby next to the rail and put something in it

4. nudge the minecart towards the chest and observe the golem

Expected result:

Copper golem grabs whatever item is in the copper chest

Observed result:

Copper golem attempts taking the item from the chest, however it stops once the cart gets too far from the chest

Notes:

due to a different bug, the copper golem sometimes ignores the copper chest. you may need to try a couple times with new golems.
