if the toggle perspective button is bound to something other than f5, when specifically going backwards and either left or right at the same time it is impossible to toggle perspective
steps to reproduce:
1. rebind toggle perspective to anything that isnt f5
2. start holding moving left/right and backwards and press the toggle perspective keybind
its a silly bug but can be kinda annoying while building

I suspect you are experiencing key jamming, a hardware issue common on older keyboards. To confirm this, press option+command+F5 to bring up the Accessibility Shortcuts, check the box next to Accessibility Keyboard, press Done, and try the key combo in question (W+D+.) once again. Most likely you will see that not all inputs are being recognized by the system. The only way to fix this is to use a newer keyboard.
I tried that with the same key and others and I cant recreate it. Do you have a programm open that uses that key maybe?
