After doing a farm noticed that hoglins are not spawning , i play in realms , i tested also in singleplayer and cant find one single hoglin. when i swittch back to 1.21.8 they spawn nicely

As far as I can tell, normal Piglins don’t spawn either outside of Bastions.
+ It seems Ghasts and Wither Skeletons don’t spawn at all
+ Skeletons and Endermen don’t spawn in the Nether (or End), only the Overworld
