The sweep attack’s gale particle is rendered backwards when looking at the front of a player. This means it specifically affects the 3rd person camera where you’re looking at yourself, as well as when looking at another player from the front.
In 1st person, the particle correctly matches the sword’s swinging arc (right to left), and is 3rd person behind the player it correctly matches it too (right to left). However, in 3rd person infront of the player it renders in the incorrect direction (left to right), and this also affects when looking at another player’s front.
Expected Result: Sweep attack particles always match the direction of the sword swing
Observed Result: Sweep attack particles render backwards when looking at the player from the front

After consideration, the issue is being closed as Won't Fix.
Please note that this is not the same as Working as Intended, as this bug report correctly describes behavior in the game that might not be the intended or desirable behavior, but it will not be fixed right now. Sometimes, this is because the issue reported is minor and/or impossible to change without large architectural changes to the code base.
