Villager upon curing got an inappropriate biome skin (isolated case)

Zombie Villager spawned in the Plains biome - having appropriate Plains Biome (regular Zombie Villager biome skin) skin with the Farmer trade. Upon initiating the curing process with a Splash Potion of Weakness and a Golden Apple (both obtained from Creative Inventory) I lured it into a Plains Village, closed it into the Blacksmith building (Zombie Villager couldn’t break doors at Hard difficulty), and put a composter in it for the Zombie Villager to preserve that trade upon healing. What was expected was for the Villager to preserve its biome skin (goes without saying) and taking the profession from the Composter which was nearer (that’s loose since the Grindstone was also in reach). However, upon having it cured, it took up the Blacksmith profession from the Grindstone outside the Blacksmith building, and switched its skin to match that of a Snowy Plains biome (the unexpected part).

In the screenshots I provide the Villager in question, a small bird’s eye view of the section of the village where the Villager is working, the Blacksmith building in question, and the interior of the said Blacksmith building I closed the Zombie Villager in for curing.
