Block Lighting is Still Visible when Night Vision Effect is Active

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Place light-emitting blocks in an enclosed room

2. Apply night vision effect to yourself

Expected result

• Light from the blocks is not visible

Actual result

• Light from the blocks is visible and in a different color

In previous versions of Java Edition Minecraft, block lighting would not be visible while the night vision effect is active. In the latest update (1.21.9), block lighting is now visible when the night vision effect is active. However, it appears to be a different color than the block lighting when no effects are active.
