Shears incorrectly consume durability when used on certain instant-mine blocks

Blocks like crops and flowers are instant-mine and do not require shears to obtain. However, they still cause shears to lose durability when broken with them. This behavior does not occur with other tools.

These blocks include, but are likely not limited to:

• All flowers, mushrooms, and saplings

• Crops (Wheat, Carrots, Potatoes, Beets, Melon/Pumpkin Stems, Nether Wart)

• Berry Bush

• Glowberry Vines (these are not obtainable as items even with shears but it still uses durability)

• Sugar Cane

• Kelp

• Crimson Roots

• Firefly bush

• Leaf Litter

• Flower Pot

• Decorated Pot

• All torches

• All redstone components and TNT

• Slime Blocks and Honey Blocks

• Scaffolding
