[MC-302523] Potion effect name, duration and icons always overlap over the potion background, even if the potion background is under a different potion background..

How to reproduce bug:
Enter a world (or make a new one) with commands enabled
Type /effect give @s minecraft: and select at least 20-25 potions (in the screenshot, i applied every effect)
Make sure the effects have infinite duration (otherwise it would be harder to notice)
Open the Inventory

Expected:
The name, duration and icons would get cut off like the background or just not render at all

What actually happened:
The name, duration and icons appear on top of all backgrounds, making it completely unreadable
