F3 Menu "Targeted Block" is 1 off

For a while, the “Targeted Block” part of the F3 menu is conflicting with the “XYZ:” part of the F3 menu. And as one who builds geometric mega bases it is quite a headache and source of confusion.

I have attached 3 screenshots. I am standing on: -1070 / 63 / -1546 Looking straight down. And the “Targeted Block is: -1071 / 62 / -1547
The next two images are me looking at one to the East, and one to the West, to see it is still one block off.
Now I understand the Y level, that is logical, but the X & Z value should be the exact same (right?)
