Incorrect rendering of some blocks in inventories

The item icon for the grass block seems to be incorrectly rendered starting with this snapshot.
This only seems to happen on GUI scale 1 and 2, not on 3 and 4.

Similar rendering issue seems to occur with the Cactus block.
