/stopwatch argument order is swapped

The “bug”

Most commands are written with the action first, then the ID. For example, /bossbar set blah:whatever. But /stopwatch is written with the ID first. For example, /stopwatch blah:whatever restart. This may be feedback, but it’s unexpected and precludes adding a command like /stopwatch list.

This also means that /stopwatch ... create suggests stopwatch IDs that already exist, unlike /bossbar which correctly doesn’t provide any suggestions for /bossbar add.

How to reproduce

  1. /stopwatch create test:test

Expected result

Stopwatch is created and started

Observed result

Syntax error
