When you equip a Turtle Shell Helmet it will cause your player data to corrupt next time you attempt to join the world.
You should be able to just rejoin the world.
Instead, you are unable and are given a “Invalid Player Data” screen.

Just found out this goes for all potion effects/effects. When I eat a golden apple and then leave, when I attempt to rejoin the same problem then happens.
