The bug
The water breathing effect allows air bubbles to replenish to full while underwater. The breath of the nautilus effect merely prevents them from diminishing. Therefore, it’s expected that when having both effects, water breathing would “win,” increasing air. Instead, breath of the nautilus wins, preventing water breathing from doing its job.
How to reproduce
Go underwater and lose a few bubbles
/effect give @s breath_of_the_nautilus
/effect give @s water_breathing
Expected results
Air should replenish
Observed results
It stays frozen. Try /effect clear @s breath_of_the_nautilus
, and only then will air begin to replenish
