[MC-302985] Using a spear enchanted with Lunge while flying in Creative mode still moves the player

Attacking with a spear enchanted with lunge still moves the player even when flying.

Steps to reproduce:

1: Enter creative mode and start flying

2: Enchant any spear with lunge 1, 2 or 3

3: Attack whilst holding the spear

Expected behaviour:

When flying, the lunge ability of the spear should be disabled

I personally do not consider this an issue, I personally have been using this to increase my flight speed in creative if I happen to have a spear
