many items appear to be bugged

I was shearing my sheep when I noticed I couldn't find the wool. I found it on the ground missing a model but the shadow of the item still being present. the wool also doesn't appear on third person in your hand. the item “string” appears to have the same issue, ill put any other items i find in this report. all the items i tested have the same effects as the wool in the video. some items also appear to be variable. for example, when i dropped cherry saplings and bamboo together, the bamboo disappeared and the cherry sapling re appeared. removing the bamboo makes the sapling disappear again. leaf litter appears to dissapear only when viewed from certain angles
