Arrows and glitched Pillager Banner

A group of Pillagers came to my world. When I was using a shield, the arrows kept bouncing up and down on my shield. When I released the shield, I was still hit by the arrow despite deflecting it. This is also happening with Skeleton’s arrows and tridents. The banner appeared glitched on the Ominous villager until within 10 blocks of it.
