When you create a creeper explosion at the player’s position by running the command /summon creeper ~ ~ ~ {"ExplosionRadius": 0, "Fuse": 0}, all non-UI rendering seems to break, and:
if the player was in Creative mode when the explosion happened, the player cannot move, even after switching to a different gamemode; or
if the player was in Survival or Adventure mode, and somehow survived the blast, the player can move.
This persists until the player dies or leaves the world. If the creeper explodes anywhere that is not the exact same position as the player, everything works as expected.
