achievement for looking at ghast with spyglass does not work on happy ghast. With friends we agree that it may be a bug or just someone forgot to add it to achievement

i was trying to get "Is it a balloon?" achievement i looked at my happy ghast Blue but as he is from any angle or distance he didnt gived me achievement.
