I’ve been stuck on version 1.12 for months. I've uninstalled and reinstalled both Minecraft and Lunar Client multiple times, but the issue has persisted. It says that I’m on version 1.21.10, but when I load into the game, I’m on version 1.12. I’m losing my mind. What can I do? On the screenshot attached, on the top left it says I'm on version 1.21.10, but I'm clearly on version 1.12 looking at my inventory.

Well, I can ensure you that with a sculk shrieker you are not on 1.12.
You might have the programmer art resource pack enabled.
