Steps to reproduce:
Start creating New World.
Change one game rule. In my case, “Regenerate health” from “ON” to “OFF”. (Note that the tooltip says “naturalRegeneration | Default: true”.)
Switch to a different window with Alt+Tab, then go back to the game.
Note that the tooltip with mouse over ON/OFF button says “naturalRegeneration | Default: false“.
