Steps to reproduce:
Take a Chiseled Bookshelf and put any book in it
Shift + middle click to copy the Chiseled Bookshelf with its properties
Place the Chiseled Bookshelf and observe that it appears empty
Break the Chiseled Bookshelf and discover that there were books in it all along
This also means that if you put a book in the slot where the book should be, the previous book gets deleted.
