(This request relates to MC-303126 where i misspelled the NBT)
Unlike other aquatic mobs, when the NBT NoAI is set to 1 in a nautilus, it won’t suffocate when out of water
If you want to verify you can simply use
/summon minecraft:nautilus ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1}/tick rate 100(to speed up the process)

Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
