The Bug

An untamed Zombie Horse will despawn when attached to a lead

Reproduce

Get an untammed Zombie Horse
Attach a lead to it
Attach the lead to something
Move away to where it despawns

Observed Result

It despawned

Expected Result

It wouldn’t despawn

Small suggestion. next time you can report 1 time the bug.

For example in this case you could have reported “Leashable undead mobs despawn when attached to a lead“ instead of creating 1 bug report for each mob.
