[MC-303723] Skeleton Horses do not count for "Monster Hunter" or "Monsters Hunted" advancements

Unlike both other undead mounts, Skeleton Horses do not count for the "Monster Hunter" or "Monsters Hunted" advancements. This seems to be an oversight.
