The dashing state of nautili isn't saved to NBT

The dashing state of nautili isn’t saved to NBT, meaning the player can dash, immediately reload the world, and dash again, allowing them to travel faster (relative to the rest of the world) than they would normally be able to, albeit with a lot of hassle.
