[MC-30383] Resource packs GUI trimmed in Auto GUI scale.

The bug

If GUI scale is set to Auto and the game window is maximized or fullscreen, parts of the Resource Packs GUI, especially the icon with arrow on the left, are hidden behind the window edge.
