Dying with world spawn changed via /setworldspawn while spawn is unloaded respawns player at incorrect y level

-On a vanilla 1.21.10 multiplayer server, change world spawnpoint with /setworldspawn, go far enough away that the spawn point is unloaded, then die

-Player should respawn at specified coordinated

-Player respawns 128 blocks below the coordinates on the Y-axis resulting in them suffocating or falling into the void
