Copper Cape not available despite timely redemption

Hello,
I have already spoken with Microsoft Support. They referred me to you. I redeemed the code for the copper cape on time, but it is not showing up in the wardrobe on either Bedrock or Java. A friend has the same problem. Microsoft Support says it exists, but they don't know why it isn't showing up. Please take a look at the issue.
