Nether doesn't generates above to 256 layers

I think now it's time to buff the nether generation to 256 layers in this update,that will be really cool if do so.
Also the End Island is too boring with the terrain,I think it should largger or higher,contain exciting terrain,and let all world types affects all three dimensions.
