[MC-304052] Prismarine Bricks Cannot Be Crafted In Stonecutters

Expected result

Prismarine bricks should be crafted in stonecutters by using prismarine, like other stones.

Actual result

Prismarine bricks simply cannot be crafted in stonecutters.
