When the in the Ingame Settings the Keybind for toggling the Narrator is set to “Not Bound”, and then try using CTRL+[Any Media Key] it toggles the Narrator.
Media Key Being: Pause/Play Track, Next/Previous Track, etc.
But on the other Hand, setting something there it does not occur anymore except for the specific button that is set.

What are you talking about? There is no narrator-specific keybind, only the option to disable the hotkey in accessibility settings. And even with that setting disabled I could not reproduce the issue. Are you sure you’re playing vanilla?
