Unlike other mobs, such as skeletons, zombies, player, pigs, etc. parches arms and legs textures are not mirrored, even though parched arms do not share the same UV mapping space.
this also causes one of the arms to not have a top texture.

why is it intended for arms and legs of the parched to not be mirrored while every other skeleton and variant types arms and legs are mirrored
