Foxes can now eat fish buckets, deleting the bucket and skipping special effects

The bug

25w46a added the food component to cod_bucket, pufferfish_bucket, salmon_bucket, and tropical_fish_bucket. Foxes use this component to determine which items they can pick up and eat. So foxes will now pick up these items and eat them. The water bucket is lost, and the fox suffers no ill effects from eating pufferfish.

How to reproduce

1. Spawn two foxes

2. Throw a pufferfish at one

3. Throw a pufferfish bucket at the other one

4. Let them pick the items up

5. Wait 30 seconds

Expected results

The fox with the pufferfish eats it and gets poisoned.

The fox with the pufferfish bucket should either (1) not eat it at all, or (2) eat it, get poisoned, and drop a water bucket.

Observed results

The fox with the pufferfish gets poisoned correctly.

The fox with the pufferfish bucket eats it, does not get poisoned, and does not drop any water bucket.
