[MC-304303] The advancements "Wax On" and "Wax Off" are not granted when waxing/unwaxing a copper golem

Steps to reproduce the issue

Create a copper golem and wax/unwax it using honeycomb/axe.

Expected results

The respective advancements are granted to the player that did this.

Observed results

None of those advancements are granted.

We're actually already tracking these issues in MC-300096 and MC-300099, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.

However, those tickets have been resolved as working as intended, which means that they will not be fixed as they are not considered bugs.
