Movement of the riding animals with wind charges

Any animal that can be tamed and used as a means of transportation with a saddle will cancel acceleration when using a wind charge.

Examples:
-When riding a nautilus and using a wind charge near the ground or a wall (whether in or out of the water), the acceleration of the nautilus' movement is not applied, causing a strange effect, which disappears when the saddle is removed from the animal.

-When you mount a pig without using your carrot on a stick, acceleration works normally when you hit the charge with a nearby block. As soon as your hand has your carrot on a stick (it doesn't matter which hand you use), most of the jump will be canceled.

-In horses, camels and its variations, it works similarly to pigs, with the difference that the bug appears when the horse has the saddle on.

-I believe that, in general, as long as no one is riding them, the Happy Ghats are not affected by wind charge, but when we ride them, the same effect occurs when using charge. I suppose that if we could ride the Happy Ghats without using the harness (by removing it from the mob's inventory interface, which is non-existent [another bug, inconsistency]), the same thing would happen and the speed/acceleration would not be affected.
