Worried Pandas are not scared of certain monsters

Worried Pandas are supposed to avoid monsters, however, they are not scared of the following mobs:

• Camel Husk

• Ender Dragon

• Ghast

• Hoglin

• Magma Cube

• Phantom

• Shulker

• Skeleton Horse

• Slime

• Zombie Horse

• Zombie Nautilus

Steps to reproduce the issue:

• Summon a worried panda and one of the above mentioned mobs nearby, the panda will not run away.

Expected result:

• The panda runs away when nearby these monsters.

Actual result:

• The panda does not run away.
