When the player stands on top of a Happy Ghast, all item frames and paintings inside its hitbox are removed.
Steps to reproduce:
Spawn a Happy Ghast in a flat world.
Place item frames or paintings so they intersect its hitbox.
Climb on top of the mob.
Result: all item frames and paintings within the hitbox are destroyed.
Expected: decorative blocks should not be removed simply by standing on the mob.
