Spear tired rotation in first-person does not match Bedrock Edition

In 1.21.130.27 Preview, the tired rotation of the spear in first-person has been changed. This is working as intended according to MCPE-232120, so Java should update to match Bedrock.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Give yourself a netherite spear

2. Use it, and wait until it entered tired stages

3. Observe

Expected results:
Spear is rotated around 90 degrees, matching Bedrock Edition.

Observed results:
Spear is rotated 45 degrees.
