Fence Post Disapears When Placing Lead on Fence

Summary:

When player has a lead attached to themselves and another mob and they attempt to attach the lead to a fence post, while holding a fence, one fence will disappear visually (looked like it was placed). If they break a fence, or place another fence down, they will ‘receive’ the invisible fence.
There is a visual glitch where the fence tries to place and disappears.

To Reproduce:

1. Place fence on ground.

2. Attach a lead to a mob

3. Hold a fence in your hand

4. Then click of the fence to attach the lead to the fence

Expected Output:

The held fence will not be placed, but the lead will be attached to the fence

Actual Output:

The held fence visually gets placed, and it is not visually seen in the inventory until another fence is placed or picked up.
