Inaccurate Recipe book (easy to reproduce)

When using the recipe book to craft a dispenser, the recipe book highlights it as red (indicating I don’t have the necessary resources to craft it), even though I have all of the materials needed to craft the dispenser. This is because the bow doesn’t have full durability, so the recipe book doesn’t pick it up as a “bow” item needed to craft the said dispenser block. In reality, the bow doesn’t need to be full durability to be used in crafting the dispenser, so I believe this is a bug.

To reproduce, simply take a bow with less than full durability and try to craft the dispenser using a recipe book.
